Sub-series consists of microfilm copies of 16 scrapbooks containing news clippings on the Canadian Conference on the Family and the early activities of the Vanier Institute of the Family. The original scrapbooks were returned to the Vanier Institute of the Family. Researchers may consult the microfilm shelf list to reel numbers M-8639 to M-8643 found in Finding Aid No. 534.

Arrangement note:

During the 2001 arrangement and description of the Vanier Institute of the Family fonds, it was found that the 16 scrapbooks were assigned volume numbers 15 to 30 on microfilm. These volumes numbers were freed up for assignation to containers of textual records. A microfilm shelf list was created for the Scrapbook sub-series of the Canadian Conference on the Family series. Researchers will find this microfilm shelf list appended to Finding Aid MSS534.

Location of originals note:

The original scrapbooks were returned to the donor in 1992 after they were microfilmed.
