Series consists of three deeds of presentation addressed by lieutenant-governors of Nova Scotia to Bishop John Inglis (1777-1850), nominating clergy to parishes in Antigonish, Truro, and Parrsborough, N.S., respectively: deed of Sir Colin Campbell (1776-1847), 31 August 1836, and deed of Lucius Bentinck Cary, 10th Viscount Falkland (1803-1884), 1 October 1844, both concerning the Rev. Thomas Cole Leaver (fl. 1829-d.1858); and deed of Sir John Harvey (1778-1852), 10 September 1846, concerning the Rev. William Burgess King (fl. 1818-1874). Originals, vol. 10 are not available on microfilm. These deeds were previously catalogued as Series 3 of this fonds.
