These include in order: Benito Mussolini in Rome; German U-boats; British upper-classes at Ascot; German re-occupation of the Rhineland; fox hunting in England; Queen Marie of Romania and family; the Eton Steeplechase; the Hindenburg flying over Berlin and Cologne; Emperor Selassie of Ethiopia at the League of Nations; General Franco in Spain; the Jarrow Crusade in Britain; Soviet military manoeuvres; leisure time activities in the Soviet Union; various rocket attempts to reach the moon; the Republican forces of the Spanish Civil War; launching of the Queen Mary ocean liner; make work projects in England; Civilian Conservation Corps camps in the United States; the British film business; aviation instruction (in French); Italian army in Ethiopia; Japanese Emperor Hirohito reviewing troops; Spanish Civil War fighting in Madrid; Chinese Nationalist leader Chiang Kai-shek reviewing troops; Berlin Olympics; grain harvesting; Hungarian folk musicians and dancers; and a German operatic concert.
