Series consists of minutebooks (volumes 1-8) and letterbooks (volumes 10-12) dating from the establishment of the Branch. The minutebooks record both Branch meetings and activities and also contain newspaper clippings and some correspondence relating to Branch events, trophies, etc., as well as copies of Branch constitution, by-laws and rules.

Chronological files, including incoming correspondence, match results, secretary's and annual reports, treasurer's statements and other financial records, vouchers, receipts for medals, and other records, 1887-1899, 1906-1911 (volume 28). Correspondence from J.S. Russell, Secretary of the Ontario Branch of the RCCC, 1889-1890, and subject files dealing with controversies over the Governor General's Prize for Stone Playing Curlers, 1890, and over the Bonspiel for the Branch Tankard and the Governor General's Cup, 1889-1890 (volume 28).
