Series contains material relating to MacKinnon's activities as Director of Industrial Exhibits of the Canadian Section of the British Empire Exhibition at Wembley, 1924 and 1925. Included are clippings, guides, brochures, speeches, articles, press releases, a scrapbook (volume 2), and certificates of participation (volume 3). Some of the material reflects MacKinnon's public relations activities while in England, notably his speeches to the British Advertising Council, 1925, and at the City of London College, 1924.

This series also includes two items in horizontal storage. The items are entitled: "The New Wimbley" and "British Empire Exhibition" and are in container 4.
