The records consist of accounts, 1861-1914, for the Seigneury of Rigaud in Québec, property of Mrs. M.C.C. de Lotbinière Bingham, and later of W.A. Baring Bingham, of a "livre terrier" dated 1 May 1861 for same seigneury, and of an indenture, dated 19 April 1876, appointing new trustees for the will of Mrs. M.C.C. de Lotbinière Bingham, in so far as it concerns her Canadian property. This material is located on microfilm reel A-1615.
