Blackburn, Wilfred J., flourished 1937-1984 : Wilfred Blackburn, union representative, became an activist in the United Auto Workers of America Union in 1937. He served as an executive of the UAW Local 195 and the Rank and File Union Action Committee in Windsor, Ont. until his appointment in 1949, as business Manager of Local 195. Finally, he became an International Representative for the UAW in 1960.
