The Dominions Office 127 class of records consists of records of the High Commission and Consular Archives. The National Archives has acquired microfilmed selections related to Canada from 1928 to 1955. Included are selected volumes from the 119 volumes of correspondence, newspaper clippings, speeches and memoranda of the British High Commissioner in Canada. Principal subjects include the St. Lawrence Waterway, Statute of Westminster, training of Royal Air Force pilots in Canada, scientific liaison and the abdication of Edward VIII. Microfilm reel numbers are as follows: B-5946 to B-5959.
