McLaren, Arthur F : Dr. Arthur Francis McLaren lived in Cornwall and Glengary County, Ontario. He received his medical degree in 1897, and his surgeon's degree shortly thereafter. He was granted medical licenses in the states of Wisconsin and Michigan in 1897 and 1898 respectively. Dr. McLaren was also a surgeon and lieutenant in the Army Medical Corps and served in India. On 24 June, 1901 he was granted a medical license to practice medicine and midwifery in Ontario, and on 4 August, 1903, he became a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of the Northwest Territories.
