Fonds consists of family records of the Fuller Family which comprise: Genealogy of the Fuller Family prepared in 1924 for Alfred C. Fuller by genealogist Lawrence Brainerd (file 1). Included are histories of the Fuller Family of Playmouth Colony, Connecticut and Nova Scotia, descended from Edward Fuller, one of the MAYFLOWER pilgrims (pp. 1-17); the Palmeter Family of Connecticut and Nova Scotia (pp. 18-23); the Plamer Family of Westchester County, New York and Nova Scotia (pp. 24-31); the Sanford Family of Rhode Island and Nova Scotia (pp. 32-38); and the Ward Family of Kings County, Nova Scotia (pp. 39-43). Fuller Family Record compiled in 1973 for Alfred C. Fuller and updated to 1982 by Fuller's niece, Mrs. Glennie Kinsman (file 2). Included are the families of the twelve children of Leander Joseph Fuller (1841-1914) and his wife Phebe Jane, née Collins (1845-1920), parents of Alfred C. Fuller. Pedigree chart, n.d. of Harry Leander Fuller (b. 1886), younger brother of Alfred C. Fuller (file 3). Letter, 12 November 1978, from the Reverend E. Wynn-Jones of Redenhall Rectory, Harleston, Norfolk, England, to Mrs. Hughes, providing a copy of the baptismal entries for Edward Fuller, 1575, and Samuel Fuller, 1580, sons of Robert Fuller, butcher (files 3).

Fuller, Playmouth Colony (Conn.) and Nova Scotia (family) : Alfred Carl Fuller (1885-1973) was born at Welsford, Nova Scotia, 13 January 1885. He founded the Fuller Brush Co. at Somerville, Massachusetts, U.S.A., in 1906. He became an American citizen in 1918. Fuller died at Hartford, Connecticut, U.S.A. on 4 December 1973 and was buried at Somerset, Nova Scotia, 10 December 1973.
