The class consists of annual statistical reports compiled by the Inspector General of Imports and Exports under the names of the countries of origin, details of the articles imported into England, with the quantities and official values of each, and the gross duties on the goods. For the period 1830 to 1869, the entries state whether the goods were transported in British or foreign vessels. This material is located on microfilm reels B-5300 to B-5303.
