The Dominions Office 114 class of records continues from Colonial Office 886 and consists of 119 volumes of documents intended for internal circulation among British officials or, in some cases, among officials in the Dominions. The National Archives has acquired microfilmed selections related to Canada, 1927 and 1936. Principal subjects include the Imperial Conferences of 1911, 1923 and 1926, the Imperial War Conferences of 1917 and 1918, and the Imperial Economic Conference of 1923; constitutional arrangements, polar regions, the status of Newfoundland, treaty relations with southern Rhodesia and wireless broadcasting arrangements between Canada and Japan. Also acquired are photocopies from Volume 58, 1931 to 1934, related to the Newfoundland Royal Commission, 1933, which led to Commission Government in Newfoundland. Microfilm reel numbers are as follows: B-5926 to B-5930.
