The deeds of Michael Grass and Marcy Everitt are on parchment, with intact was seal; the seal on the remaining deed is badly broken. Originals, 6 pages.

Grass, Michael, d. 1813 : Officer landowner

Michael Grass attained the rank of Captain in a corps of Incorporated Loyalists. He and John Everitt led groups of Loyalists to settle in the Kingston area. His son, Peter, married Esther Everitt who was the daughter of John Everitt and Marcy Everitt (née Purdy).
