General note:

The originals have been placed in security storage; photocopies are available for research purposes. The records have been previously inventoried in MG 11 Supplementary No. 8 (Manuscript Group 11 Preliminary Inventory 1952 ed.) and MG 11 Supplementary 1 No. 7 (Manuscript Group Preliminary Inventory 1961 ed.).

Custodial history:

The items in this collection were received by the National Archives of Canada in 1912 and 1914. They had been taken from CO 412 Duplicates vol. 3. Their disposition prior to being transferred to CO 412 remains unknown.
