Northwest Territories Expenditure Book No. 5, Administration Account with an explanation of the accounts system contained in a two page typescript entitled "Method of Keeping the Head Office Books" and taped to the inside cover of the expenditure book, 1921-1929 (volume 1); general cash book including accounts of revenues from the granting of permits, patents, licences and leases, 1921-1931 (volume 2); daily journal containing reports of weather conditions, radio contacts and mail arrivals, as well as events of the day, 1944 (volume 3); Court of the Stipendiary Magistrate Proceedings including sessions held at Fort Smith, Fort Resolution, Hay River, Aklavic, Rocher River, Fort Simpson and Fort Providence, 1948-1954 (volume 5).
