Fonds consists of extracts which relate to Canada from diaries kept by Curzon when he passed through Canada and the United States on route to Japan, China and India, photocopy, 1887, 1892, 61 pages; letter from W.L. Mackenzie King to Curzon reporting lack of success in efforts to obtain an offer from Halifax, N.S. to purchase a painting of Lord Halifax in Curzon's possession, transcript, 1924, 2 pages. The extracts relating to Canada from diaries kept by Curzon in 1887 and 1892 are also located on microfilm reel A-392.

Curzon, George Nathaniel Curzon, Marquis of, 1859-1925 : Lord Curzon was a Conservative member of the United Kingdom House of Commons, 1886-1892, 1895-1898, (under-secretary for India, 1891-1892, under-secretary for the Foreign Office, 1895-1898), viceroy of India, 1898-1905, a Lord Privy Seal, 1915-1918, 1924-1925, and foreign secretary, 1919-1924.
