Fonds also includes prints of posters relating to student activism entitled "Quebec Sait Faire L'independence (UGEQ)", "College Editors Conference 1969 - The Economics of Social Disorder" and "Tortures au Bresil - Rodrigo Alarcon Diaorder".

Warrian, Peter, 1943- : Peter Warrian, university student leader, trade union official, was born in 1943 at Toronto, Ont., entered the University of Waterloo in 1965. A student of labour history, he was active in the Student Union for Peace Action and the University of Waterloo Federation of Students, on whose executive he served. In 1968, Warrian became president of the Canadian Union of Students and served in that capacity for the 1968-1969 term. He was active in the Student Christian Movement, and between 1969 and 1971, he was a member of the political commission of the World Student Christian Federation.

Warrian has been involved in community action and anti-war activity. In 1974 Warrian joined the staff of the Canadian National Office of the United Steelworkers of America, and was subsequently appointed Research Director. In 1983, he accepted a position in the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (O.P.S.E.U.) as Executive Assistant, and continued with O.P.S.E.U. until 1984.
