The microfilmed material consists of excerpts from the following volumes: volume 129, for the period 1 Jan. 1784 to 31 Dec. 1784, on the division of Nova Scotia into two separate governments; volume 131, for the period 3 Jan. 1786 to 29 Dec. 1786, on the repeal of an act for regulating fees, St. John's Island. There is also information on the appointment of Sir Guy Carleton as Governor of Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick; and an appeal of James Shepherd against Hector Macaulay. Microfilmed material is located on microfilm reel B-1070.

Textual records consist of excerpts from: volumes 134, 137, 140, 148, 154, 198, 1789-1816, 9 pages; volume 136, 1791, 7 pages; volume 211, 1830, 8 pages; volume 299, 1880, 2 pages.
