Bell, George V., 1884-1963 : George V. Bell was born in Liverpool, England. He was employed as a printer in Detroit, Mich., when England declared war, and enlisted at Windsor, Ont., 17 September 1914. Bell served in France from 11 February 1915 to 30 September 1918. He was returned to Canada in February 1919 and discharged as medically unfit, 26 March 1919. He resumed his career as a printer, until his death in Florida.
