Parney providing information on the expedition, and on medical services and the incidence of disease in Greenland, and including photographs relating to the expedition.

Parney, Fred Schlenker, 1887-1969 : Dr. Fred Schlenker Parney graduated in medicine from the University of Toronto in 1916 and spent World War I in the Medical corps. He then practised privately, until he joined the Government Pensions and Health Division in 1924. In 1938, he organized and headed the Division of Industrial Hygiene. He served again with the Canadian Medical Corps during World War II, after which he returned to the Division of Industrial Hygiene, retiring in 1952.
