Item is a bound notebook owned by Captain Charles E. Price. The notebook, compiled by Willie F. Nugent, contains a summary of the material used in a series of talks on Contract Bridge delivered in Shamshuipo Prisoner of War Camp during the spring of 1943. It was intended to be used as a source of reference to those who attended the study groups and "others who had past experience with the game". It also contains miscellaneous autographs of POW's, gathered by C.E. Price. The notebook was typed by Rogers Press Ltd. and bound by Hunter Bros. Bindery, both of Shamshuipo, Hong Kong.
