Fonds consists of an historical sketch of the early Highland pioneers in Middlesex County compiled and written by H. McColl at the request of the Gaelic Society of Toronto. The account relates specifically to early pioneers from Scotland and their experiences in Upper Canada. It includes genealogical notes on the settlers by Township.
