Fonds consists of a scrapbook of news clippings illustrating the career of Harry Connor and a schedule of the Prairie Hockey League, 1926-1927. The fonds also contains a group photograph of members of the New York Americans Hockey Club of 1928-1929.

Connor, Harry, 1904- : Harry Connor, a native of Ottawa, began his hockey career with the Munitions Club team in 1922-1923. In 1924-1925, he played with the Ottawa Rideaus in the City League and during the 1925-1926 season was with the Guelph team in the intermediate O.H.A. circuit. He played with the Saskatoon Sheiks of the newly formed professional Prairie Hockey League from December 1926 until March 1927. In May 1927 he was drafted by the Boston Bruins of the N.H.L. From 1927 until 1932, he played with Boston, New York Americans, Ottawa Senators and the Providence Reds of the Canadian-American Hockey League.
