Oliver, Erik Alfred-Abrahamsson : Erik (sometimes called "Alex") Oliver, prospector, of Swedish origin, became a naturalized American citizen in 1910. In 1911, he left Seattle, Washington, for Alaska, and subsequently prospected for gold there and in the Yukon. For part of the time, he worked in partnership with Carl Johnson, and was also employed as a miner.
