Fonds consists of the papers of the Campbell family including promissory notes, land deeds and two land grants, one to John Campbell for 200 acres in Finch Township, Stormont County, 1804, and one to Donald McNaughton for 100 acres in Lochiel Township, Glengarry County, 1870. Documents were created in Canada West.

Fonds also includes an indenture between Donald MacDonell and John Campbell of Lachie, 1819, container 2, and a land grant of 200 acres to John Campbell, 1804, container 3. Both items are in horizontal storage.
