Fonds consists of a poem describing the Atlantic crossing of the Second Battalion Scots Fusilier Guards from Southampton to St. John, N.B., 19 December 1861-1820 January 1862; and an account of their subsequent overland journey by sleigh and railway to Montreal. Also included is the discharge certificate of Corporal Wilson.
