Fonds consists of a release signed by Bridget and John Kelly after receiving Bridget's share of Roger Heenan's estate, dated 18 July 1845. The release contains some genealogical information about the Kelly and Heenan families.

Kelly, Bridget (family,) : Bridget (Heenan) Kelly (fl. 1835-1845) and her husband John emigrated from Darra, Tipperary, Ireland to Canada in 1835. In July 1845, she received an inheritance from the estate of her brother Roger Heenan, who had been transported to Australia in 1922 and who was subsequently employed by Edward Cox. The couple were residing in Huntley, Canada West, in 1845.
