Television public affairs program with hosts Kay Sigurjonsson and Clive Baxter. 1. Studio interview of Canadian Heavyweight Champion, George Chuvalo, about the death of Stuart Grey, who died in a Winnipeg hospital after being knocked out by his opponent, Al Sparks. Chuvalo describes the fight, and gives his views about the inadequacy of medical examinations before fights. Clip of fight is shown. 2. Report on economic aspects of the olympic games in Berlin, Munich, and Montreal. Pierre Nadeau, interviews olympic game organizers & residents in Munich and Montreal. He also talks to Hans J. Vogel, Mayor of Munich & journalist, Heinsz Hofl, about the Munich games and lastly to Mayor Jean Drapeau of Montreal. Archival clip of the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, with Adolf Hitler present at the opening ceremony, is shown. 3. Charles Wassermann interviews Kurt Waldheim, Secretary-General of the United Nations. Who talks about the efforts of the U.N. in areas of international politics and world economy; the importance of preventive diplomacy in any crisis; the U.N.'s economic deficit; the result of the Security Council meeting on South Africa; his views on the crisis in Middle East and in Cyprus; and the question of membership in the U.N. 4. Peter Desbarats reports on a political undercurrent of anti-Trudeau feeling amongst some of the Liberal Party members. In Brockville, which is the seat of Leeds County, Desbarats talks to George Fulford, Former Member of the Legislative Assembly and Member of Parliament in the Liberal government; Duncan Fraser, Vice-President of Leeds Liberal Association; and Tom Cossitt, former President of Leeds Liberal Association. They voice their opinion about Prime Minister Trudeau, his policies and the political stand of his Party, and the new role undertaken by Finance Minister, John Turner, to restore the breach of communication amongst members of the Liberal Party.~Shot of the statue of General Brock, and sequence on Turner addressing Liberal members at the Leeds Liberal Association. 5.
