Fonds consists of a scrapbook of newspaper clippings, mainly Hamilton Times articles by Thomas C. Watkins. Subjects include the Colonial and Indian Exhibition of 1886, several trips Watkins made to Europe and other topics that interested him such as prohibition, which he advocated, and items related to commercial and religious affairs. There is also a manuscript copy of a short address by Watkins on the opening of the Simcoe Street Methodist Church in 1878.
