National Association of Canadians of Origins in India (NACOI) : National Association of Canadians of Origins in India (NACOI), cultural/community organization, whose head office is in Ottawa, was founded in 1976 to organize the East Indian community in Canada, with the purpose of preserving the Indian cultural heritage. NACOI also represents the East Indian community before the government, making known to the government the concerns, desires and aims of the Indian community in Canada.
