Marsh tells the story of a Christian Inuit girl, Eva Oolaryoo, who is a mother to her two younger sisters, Sara Ootouyuk and Miriam Keeglershlerk. Oolaryoo is seen preparing food, looking at a picture book, and reading the bible. All three girls kneel for prayer before bedding down.
