Fonds consists of letters of Elizabeth Colborne, wife of Sir John Colborne to Lady Lyons referring to many subjects, including the state of England under threat of reform and cholera, her husband's battle with rebellious subjects, Captain Creighton's intention to build houses overlooking Niagara Falls, and a development scheme for the Lake Simcoe area, dated 22 February 1832.
