There is also a Certificate of Membership in the World Federation of Neurology, 1 May 1961 in horizontal storage, container 5.

Canadian Neurological Society : The Canadian Neurological Society was formed to promote the prevention and relief of neurological disease and to encourage the study of all aspects of neurology. The membership consists of all qualified medical practitioners who have been certified in neurology or neurosurgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. The society holds annual scientific sessions in various Canadian centres to discuss papers presented in the area of neurology.
