Fonds consists of annual reports of the East End Emigration Fund for the years 1901-1902, 1905-1907, 1910, 1912-1913. In 1913, the name of the fund was changed to the British Dominions Emigration Society. Included in the reports are correspondence from emigrants, subscriptions and donations, lists, examples of the questionnaire given to potential emigrants, tables of number of emigrants, Hints for Outfits, etc., for Canada, map of the Canadian Pacific Routes around the World", and a chart of the Principle Cities and Towns in Canada dated 1913. This material is located on microfilm reel A-1477.

British Dominions Emigration Society : The object of the East End Emigration Fund, known as the British Dominions Emigration Society as of 1913, was to assist persons of approved character and suitability for colonial life. The Fund assisted British emigrants to the British Colonies of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, however, emigrants to the United States did not receive any pecuniary assistance because the Fund preferred not to deviate from its "principle of only giving money help to British subjects... emigrating to the British Colonies".
