Fonds consists of minutes of all club meetings with motions, by-laws and constitution, new members, resignations and election of officers noted. The club's matches are recorded with the names of players, dates and results indicated.

New York Caledonian Curling Club : The New York Curling Club, founded on 3 January 1855 in New York City, became affiliated with the Royal Caledonian Club of Scotland and changed its name to the New York Caledonian Curling Club on 5 December 1856.

In 1856, the president, Archibald Grieve, accepted the first challenge match for the club. In 1857, a challenge was issued to two members of Montreal's Thistle Curling Club who lived in New York but they did not accept the match. A founding member of the Grand National Curling Club of America, the New York Caledonians established an excellent win-loss record. On 20 January 1873, rinks from Toronto and Hamilton were played, with the Canadians being victorious.
